Terms of payment


7.1. The prices applicable to the Products are those indicated on the Site for each individual Product, except in the case of material and recognizable error as reported in art. 4.3 (prices too high or too low compared to the market average and without indication of promotional claims). The prices of the Products are indicated inclusive of VAT updated to the current rate. The prices applicable to the Products indicated on the Site do not include shipping costs, which will be clearly visible in a subsequent section of the online Product purchase procedure.

7.2. Vertical reserves the right to modify, at any time, the price of the Products and the shipping costs of the same. It is understood that any changes will in no case affect the contracts already concluded before the change.

7.3. The payment of the Products can be made by credit cards, as well as through the PayPal circuit and the receipt of payments on behalf of Vertical will be entirely managed by Vertical Italia SRL. Vertical accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards as well as the PayPal circuit for payment of the Products. In order to verify the validity of the card used, Vertical Italia SRL can complete the card verification process with a cost of €0.48 for the relative authorisations . The verification fees will not be charged to the card used by the User, however, in some cases, the item of this charge may be indicated for the authorizations. The charge on the credit card will take place during or immediately after the order issuance procedure by the User.

7.4. Findomestic financing
By choosing this form of payment, the Customer will be transferred to the Findomestic website for the conclusion of the order, where he will be able to choose the type of installment. To view the information regarding the loan click (pending agreement) HERE
ATTENTION! Vertical will refuse the order if Findomestic does not approve the financing within 10 days from the date the User placed the order.


8.1. All Products purchased on the Site are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity for 24 months from the delivery date pursuant to articles 128 et seq. Consumer Code. The lack of conformity that occurs within 24 months from the date of purchase of the goods must be reported within 2 months from the date of discovery of the defect.

8.2. Pursuant to art. 130 of the Consumer Code (click here for the complete text of article 130), in the event of a lack of conformity of the Product, the User has the right to restore the conformity of the goods, free of charge. To this end, the User can normally choose between repairing the Product or replacing it. This right of choice cannot be exercised only in the event that the requested remedy is objectively impossible or excessively onerous compared to the above . Furthermore, the User has the right to an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract, only if one of the following situations occurs:
(a) repair and replacement are impossible or excessively expensive;
(b) Vertical has not provided for the repair or replacement within a reasonable time;
(c) the replacement or repair has caused significant inconvenience to the consumer.

8.3. If the User intends to take advantage of the remedies provided by the legal guarantee that accompanies the products, he must contact customer service on the toll-free number 800 800 296 . The documents required to take advantage of the remedies provided by the legal guarantee are the 'Purchase receipt' sent via email by Vertical and the 'Delivery note' issued during delivery of the purchased product.


9.1. Vertical cannot be held responsible for the failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations set forth herein, due to circumstances beyond the reasonable and foreseeable control of Vertical (hereinafter " Force Majeure Events ").

9.2. Force Majeure Events include, but are not limited to, the following circumstances:
(a) strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes;
(b) civil mobilizations and insurrections, invasions, terrorist attacks or threats of terrorist attacks, armed conflicts (whether declared or not) or threats or preparations for conflict;
(c) fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, epidemic, or other natural disaster;
(d) impossibility of using public or private means of telecommunications;
(e) pandemics or epidemics.

9.3. The fulfillment of the obligations by Vertical pursuant to these General Conditions will be considered suspended for the period in which the Force Majeure Events occur. Vertical will perform any act in its power in order to identify solutions that allow the correct fulfillment of its obligations despite the persistence of Force Majeure Events.


10.1. Failure to request compliance with any of the provisions set out in these General Conditions will not affect the right of either party to demand compliance thereafter, nor the waiver of the exercise of a right deriving from a breach of these General Conditions will constitute a waiver of the exercise of a right deriving from a subsequent violation of the same provision.
10.2. No waiver by either party of an article of these General Conditions will be effective unless it is expressly declared to be a waiver and is communicated in writing.
11.1. If any provision of these General Conditions is found to be illegal or invalid, it will not be considered as part of the General Conditions and this will not affect the remaining provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.


12.1. Vertical reserves the right to modify these General Conditions at any time by giving specific notice on the Website. The User acknowledges and accepts that any changes to these General Conditions will apply to orders sent by Users after the date of notification of modification of the General Conditions.


13.1. Vertical declares to be the owner and licensee of all intellectual property rights relative and/or pertaining to the Site and/or the materials and contents available on the Site. The User may use the Site and the materials and contents present therein only for personal use and non-commercial. These General Conditions do not grant the User any license of use relating to the Site and/or individual contents and/or materials available therein. Any other use or reproduction of the Site or the materials or contents contained therein is strictly prohibited.

13.2. The Site is provided "as is" and Vertical does not provide any explicit or implicit guarantee in relation to the Site. Vertical does not provide any guarantee that the Site will meet the needs of Users or that it will never have interruptions or will be free from errors or that it will be free from viruses or bugs.

13.3. Vertical will work to ensure that the Site is available uninterrupted 24 hours a day, but cannot in any way be held responsible if, for any reason, the Site is not accessible and/or operational at any time or for any period. Access to the Site may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the event of system failure, maintenance, repairs or for reasons totally unrelated to Vertical's control or for Force Majeure Events.


14.1. Please read carefully and understand the Terms and Conditions of sale for purchases with a VAT number before placing a purchase order for any Product and/or Service on the Site with a VAT number.
