Grazie alla conformazione della sua testa i pesi dello Squareback sono distribuiti in maniera ottimale, permettendo di eseguire colpi lineari e puliti. Il radiale presenta contornature morbide e una forma tale da migliorare le vibrazioni di colpi del 30%. Tra le caratteristiche ereditate dal modello Newport 2, oltre che la forma della testa è stato integrato il MOI 6061, che insieme consentono di ammorbidire i colpi per una sensazione di gioco unica.
Taking design cues from its cousin, the Newport 2, Scotty’s Squareback mid-mallet putter resurrects a time-honored name with a Tour-inspired milled sight. A weight-saving single bend shaft gives unfettered visual access from address to this angular mid-mallet head, making alignment easier than ever. The aircraft grade aluminum face-sole extends the Select family’s multi-material methodology while the radius milling has been refined with softer contours, subtle shape improvements and up to 30% more vibration dampening material for improved feel and feedback.
Extends the low-slung, melt-into-the-ground contours of the Newport 2 head shape while integrating Scotty’s MOI-enhancing 6061 aircraft aluminum face-sole technology, fused to the stainless frame with a vibration-dampening system that delivers unmatched sound and feel.
