Shipping
Shipping by DHL Express Courier for € 6.50.
For orders over € 99.00, shipping is free.

For Stewart Golf electric carts and lithium batteries, the cost may vary depending on the destination. Contact Customer Service for more information on this or email info@verticalgolf.it.

Delivery times are generally between 24/48 hours throughout Italy from courier pickup. Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia need about 2 working days, while for the smaller islands and good to consider between 2 and 5 working days, depending on the availability of ferries.

Delivery times, indicated above, may vary during the periods of particular holidays/festivities.

It is possible to pick up the ordered products, also at our other stores free of charge.

When the Courier makes the pickup, a transport document is printed with a unique identifier (tracking), which allows the Customer to monitor the progress of the shipment.



REFUND
If you have would like to return or exchange an item you purchased, you are in the right section and we are here to help!

Please remember that a REFUND must be made within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise.

Items purchased, in the case of a RETURN, will be REFUNDED and not REPLACED.
No exchanges can be made. Simply return the items and reorder for an exchange.
Refunds will be made once we receive and verify the integrity of the RETURNED item.

Returning an item is easy and FREE.
Send us an email (info@verticalgolf.it) with the reason for the RETURN, we will send you an email confirming acceptance of the RETURN with the Express Courier label attached which will allow you to make the return of the item to our warehouses.

REMEMBER that you have 14 days from the date you receive the merchandise to make the RETURN.

As soon as we receive the item(s) you wish to return, a check will be made according to the RETURN CONDITIONS below.

  • The merchandise must not be broken/damaged and in any case must not show signs of wear and tear caused by use.
  • In case of material provided with special packaging (envelope/box etc.), such packaging must be used to re-enter the goods.
  • In case of food products (bottles, jars, pouches, etc.) must not have been opened.
  • In case of products with supplier labels/tags, they must not be removed or damaged.


Upon completion of the check, if the REFUND CONDITIONS have been met, we will refund the amount via the payment method used.

In case the item was paid through one of our Gift Cards, we will re-credit the amount used on the same card.
An email from us will notify you of the end of the REFUND transaction.


PLEASE NOTE
ALL ITEMS WITH PROCESSING OR CUSTOMIZATION REQUESTED BY THE CUSTOMER WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
